Green Drive Mobility Deploys 4 Electric Vehicles Daily on Bengaluru-Mysuru Route

Green Drive Mobility has expanded its intercity EV operations with the deployment of four electric vehicles operating daily between Bengaluru and Mysuru, supporting the intercity logistics and transportation requirements of More Retail Pvt. Ltd.

Together, the deployed vehicles cover approximately 400 kilometres every day, demonstrating the growing potential of electric vehicles for structured intercity and mid-mile commercial operations. The deployment also represents an important step in Green Drive Mobility’s strategy to expand EV adoption beyond last-mile delivery and into wider commercial transportation requirements.

Green Drive Mobility provides the vehicles along with operational support and technology-enabled fleet management, helping ensure vehicle availability, trip monitoring and efficient fleet utilisation across the Bengaluru-Mysuru route.

The deployment is supported by Green Drive Connect, Green Drive Mobility’s technology platform that enables operational visibility across the fleet. The platform supports monitoring of vehicle location and trip movement, battery status and utilisation, vehicle performance, fleet utilisation, driver and operational activity, and preventive maintenance requirements, helping provide greater visibility into day-to-day fleet operations.

“Electric mobility is becoming an important part of building a more sustainable and efficient retail supply chain. Our collaboration with Green Drive Mobility enables us to explore practical EV solutions for our daily transportation requirements while maintaining operational reliability and service levels,” said Prasanna, National Transportation Head, More Retail Pvt. Ltd.

Harikrishna, Founder & CEO, Green Drive Mobility, said, “Our Bengaluru-Mysuru deployment with More Retail is an important milestone in our journey toward expanding EVs into intercity and mid-mile operations. With four vehicles running every day and collectively covering approximately 400 kilometres, we are demonstrating that electric mobility can support demanding commercial operations with the right technology, fleet management and operational support.

This deployment also strengthens our collaboration with More Retail and allows us to apply our technology-enabled fleet management capabilities to structured intercity operations. As we continue to expand, we remain focused on building reliable and scalable EV solutions that can support businesses across different transportation requirements while contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future.”

Building on the experience gained from the Bengaluru-Mysuru corridor, Green Drive Mobility plans to explore additional intercity routes where electric vehicles can deliver operational and environmental benefits. The company aims to create a scalable, technology-driven EV mobility network connecting businesses and cities across India, accelerating the transition toward cleaner and more sustainable transportation.
