Jindal brings with him over 34 years of diverse industry experience, with expertise across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Prior to joining Eastman Auto & Power Limited, he served as Chief Marketing Officer (Automotive Batteries – India) and was associated with the marketing and sales department at Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited., where he spent 24 years of his professional journey. Rajesh Jindal holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and Master of Business Administration.

In his tenure at Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited, Jindal has also mentored generations of sales and marketing professionals and built high-performing teams, and he brings a leadership style marked by integrity, accessibility, and a practical focus on results.
