BikeWo Green Tech Limited has unveiled its long-term strategy to build a full-stack mobility and logistics platform, with capabilities spanning electric mobility, fleet operations, logistics infrastructure, technology and renewable energy.
The strategic roadmap was presented during the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), where shareholders approved the proposed warrant issue. The Company outlined the rationale behind the strategic initiatives undertaken over the past several months and its plans to build capabilities across multiple layers of India’s rapidly evolving logistics sector.
As India continues to invest in manufacturing, infrastructure and supply chain modernisation, the country’s logistics sector is emerging as one of the key enablers of long-term economic growth. Against this backdrop, BikeWo aims to position itself as an integrated platform serving the broader mobility and logistics ecosystem.
The Company’s long-term strategy focuses on developing capabilities across electric mobility, fleet ownership and management, technology-enabled logistics operations, warehousing, multimodal logistics, renewable energy integration and strategic partnerships. These capabilities are being developed as complementary components of a unified operating platform, enabling greater integration, operational efficiency and long-term scalability.
As part of this strategy, BikeWo has announced multiple strategic collaborations in recent months across electric mobility, solar-assisted transportation, rural mobility and aviation logistics. These initiatives are intended to strengthen the Company’s capabilities across key segments of the logistics value chain and support the execution of its long-term platform strategy.
The proposed capital infusion is expected to provide the Company with enhanced financial flexibility to pursue strategic opportunities, strengthen operational capabilities, invest in technology and infrastructure, support fleet expansion and evaluate value-accretive acquisitions aligned with its long-term vision.
Commenting on the occasion, Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer, BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said: “India’s logistics sector is emerging as one of the country’s most important economic growth engines. At BikeWo, we are building an integrated mobility and logistics platform designed to participate across the logistics value chain. By bringing together mobility, fleet operations, technology, infrastructure and strategic partnerships, we are creating capabilities that reinforce one another, strengthen our platform and support sustainable long-term value creation for our shareholders.”
The Company reaffirmed that disciplined execution, prudent capital allocation, robust corporate governance and operational excellence will remain central to its growth strategy as it expands its integrated mobility and logistics platform.
