JSW MG Motor Joins Hands With Shell To Boost EV Charging Infrastructure

With an aim to boost the EV charging infrastructure across India, JSW MG Motor India has joined hands with Shell India. This partnership will help JSW MG Motor India customers to use Shell’s extensive fuel station network.

As per the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), CCS 50kW and 60kW DC fast chargers would be set up at various locations nationwide by Shell India. These chargers would make long-distance travel easier for EV users by boosting the EV charging network. MG customers would be able access these chargers via MyMG App and Shell’s network discovery tool.

Gaurav Gupta, Chief Growth Officer at JSW MG Motor India stated that the company aims to enhance the electric vehicle (EV) ownership experience for its customers. “Our partnership with Shell India highlights our shared commitment to sustainable mobility and will help accelerate EV adoption across the country. The expansion of infrastructure will make EV fast charging more convenient, accessible and enable EV customers to plan hassle-free long-distance journeys,” he said.
