Vayavya Labs has signed an MoU with SimDaaS Autonomy Private Limited, an IIT Kanpur–incubated deep-tech startup, specializing in AI-powered simulation platforms for ADAS and autonomous driving. The collaboration aims to explore, build, and deploy joint solutions in autonomous driving, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), simulation technologies, and AI-based virtual validation.
By combining SimDaaS’ AI-powered scenario-generation and sensor-simulation capabilities with Vayavya Labs’ deep expertise in digital twins, virtual ECUs (vECUs), and coverage-driven verification frameworks, the two companies will jointly accelerate virtual testing and validation for real-world mobility challenges—especially in complex environments like India.
