Euler Motors Launches Euler Prime, a Pre Emptive On-The-Spot Support Solution for Customers in 45+ Cities

Euler Motors announced the launch of Euler Prime, a real-time, on-the-go vehicle support solution designed to deliver faster, smarter, and preemptive assistance for its customers across 45+ cities in India. The initiative will go live across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna in the first phase.

Euler Prime is a solution built to ensure that Euler Motors’ vehicles enjoy maximum uptime, enabling customers to earn more while ensuring timely support whenever needed. During any unfortunate incident of vehicle breakdown within the city or outskirts, a trained Prime team will be deployed via mobile bikes and vans, to reach within committed timelines and resolve issues on-site.

The core of this capability lies in Shepherd, Euler Motors’ in-house vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables live diagnostics, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance, identifying potential failures even before the driver is aware. The backend systems enable real-time connectivity between the vehicles, service and operations

The support solution is now available to all new Euler customers and those enrolled under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), while existing customers can access it on a paid basis. In urban areas, Prime teams are expected to reach the vehicle within 90 minutes. For outer-city support and highway coverage, response and resolution timelines will depend on the location targeting problem resolution within 4-5 hours.

Euler Prime also represents the company’s focus on building an ownership ecosystem that prioritizes uptime, responsiveness, and simplicity. With this launch, Euler Motors underlines the Euler promise of ’We shall never leave you on the road, alone’ and reinforces its larger vision that commercial EVs are not just about products, but about smart systems that think ahead, respond faster, and serve the customers at the right time.
