A pioneering startup in electric mobility, eBikeGo is spearheading a green revolution in urban transportation. The company has announced its ambitious expansion plans to scale its fleet to over 1,00,000 electric two-wheelers by FY26. With a fleet exceeding 3,000 e-bikes, eBikeGo serves prominent names like Zomato and Swiggy, catering primarily to last-mile delivery needs in major metropolitan areas.
“This growth is strategically aligned with the booming last-mile delivery and e-commerce sectors, which are experiencing a robust 6.4 percent growth rate as of early 2024. The company’s move to penetrate Tier I and Tier II cities nationwide underscores its commitment to democratizing eco-friendly mobility solutions beyond urban centres,” the company announced on a social media platform.
The hyperlocal delivery segment, expected to grow at a CAGR of approximately 16.14 percent from 2024 to 2029, presents a significant market opportunity.
“Founded with a vision to enable smooth transitions toward sustainable transportation, eBikeGo combines innovation with practicality, offering fully insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicles on demand. As eBikeGo continues to redefine urban mobility, it remains dedicated towards a greener, cleaner future for transportation across India,” it added.
eBikeGo is one of the fastest-growing global electric mobility brands. The company recently launched Muvi 125 5G electric scooter which can run for over 100 km on a single charge from its 5kWh battery pack. eBikeGo also announced cricketer Tilak Varma as its brand ambassador.
