Mahanagar Gas Limited Brings ‘Khushiyan Lakhon Ki’ to New PNG Users

Mahanagar Gas Limited launches ‘MGL PNG Khushiyan Lakhon Ki’, an exclusive offer for new customers in gasified buildings, registering for their MGL PNG (Piped Natural Gas) connections between 15 November and 31 December 2024.

These customers will be eligible to participate in a Lucky draw wherein 2172 winners will be announced. Thus, 1 in 5 customers stands a chance to win. This draw will take place on 7 January 2025.  The cash prizes in this lottery will range from INR 1000 up to a grand prize of INR 1,00,000. The details of the 2172 prizes is in the table below:

The lucky draw shall be webcast live which all eligible customers will be able to log-in and witness live. The winners of INR 1000, INR 5000 and INR 10,000 shall receive the credit on their MGL gas bills, ensuring an easy reward experience. Also, as per taxation rules, winners of INR 25000, INR 50000 and INR 1 lakh are required to give their KYC details following which the prize money less TDS shall be given through cheque or gift card.

Additionally, MGL has also announced an incentive of INR 1000 for new customers registering through website or at Walk-in centres. Besides this, to make PNG usage for economically weaker sections, MGL has waived off the application fee of INR 885 and the last mile connectivity deposit of INR 5000  for new applications from these segments.

MGL also announced that customers shall soon be able to get their PNG registration done at any one of the 2500 Common Service Centres’ kiosks across Mumbai, Thane and Raigad districts.
