This award acknowledges the digital transformation of DISCOM’s commercial operations under the smart metering project, which has been powered by CyanConnode’s advanced communication network.
The project has achieved exceptional Billing and Smart Metering Communication rates of over 99 percent, leading to accelerated invoicing, reduced errors, and improved customer satisfaction through timely billing. The implementation has also optimized operations, reduced carbon emissions, increased revenue, and streamlined manpower utilization.
